Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia invites community and business leaders to join us for Next in Line, a special evening celebrating the next generation of changemakers: The Roanoker Magazine’s 18 Under 18 honorees. This event recognizes exceptional young people in our region who are already making an impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, and service. Guests will have the opportunity to meet these students and witness firsthand the talent and drive shaping the future of Southwest Virginia.

In addition to student recognition, Next in Line will feature a dynamic panel conversation between 18 Under 18 honorees and professionals from The Roanoker’s 40 Under 40—a cohort of emerging leaders across industries. This intergenerational exchange is designed to inspire, share lessons learned, and deepen connections between local youth and the professional community.
